I have finished some translation on previous articles, but have let a few of them untranslated in French, as they were part of an old series of demonstrations for school which are not that interesting as standalone articles.

Well, yesterday I've received an invitation through FACIL to go to a Microsoft cocktail presenting their contributions to Open Source and I must say that the various reactions I have observed from this invitation varied greatly. While many kept an open and curious mind about it, some colleagues from the world of Free Software took a very defensive approach and refused to have anything to do with Microsoft. I decided to go have a look, as I admit to being curious as to what they would show, and I am easy to lure with the promise of free alcohol.

Well, I've just redone my site and added a few new interesting tweaks and sections. The new Drupal features interesting translation features which I will test out to provide bilingual content. So far so good, although I'm having a bit of trouble working out the view paths to work nicely in French. I will be mostly updating the site in English however, but will do my best to translate articles as fast as possible!
